    The scan reads your inbox in your own browser.

    Your emails are read where they already sit, inside your own browser. The messages themselves are never uploaded, copied, or sent anywhere we could see them.

    You choose what to delete. Everything else stays the same.

    After the scan, you pick which accounts to close. Nothing is deleted that you did not select. While a deletion runs, removi only handles the services tied to your email, and nothing more.

    We only get what we need.

    To name your accounts and look up how to close each one, removi sends us the web addresses of the services it finds. Never your emails or your passwords.

    The important questions we know you have.

    It reads them the way your own browser already does, on your device, to spot the accounts you signed up for. Their contents are never uploaded or sent to us. It is built so we could not read them if we tried.

    Your email address, to link it to your licence, and the web addresses of the services that the scan finds, so that removi can show you their names and look up how to close the ones you choose. Knowing your email address does not give us access to your inbox. We will never store or send your emails or your passwords. You can verify this in our source code.

    We only keep proof that you have paid, which plan, the email addresses on your licence, and the names of the services we have already deleted for you, so removi knows what is done. You can read the specific details in our privacy policy.

    The extension runs the site's real deletion option, the same one which is buried in their settings. Sometimes, a service only offers to deactivate your account; in these cases, we inform you and tell you how you can fully delete the account.
