removi's mission.

The internet holds more of you than you ever agreed to. We think you should be able to take it back.

Data brokers are not where your data starts

There is a whole industry built on removing you from data brokers. It is useful work, and we are glad it exists. But it is treating the branches, not the root.

Brokers do not generate information about you. They buy it, and a huge amount of what they buy came from the ordinary apps and services you signed up to and forgot. The shopping site from one purchase. The forum from when you were fourteen. The dating profile from two relationships ago. Each one collected your details, and each one is free to sell or leak them.

Which is why removal alone never finishes

Delete your file from a broker and the source is still sitting there, still holding your data, still selling it on. A few months later you are back in the same databases, because nothing upstream changed.

That is the trap. You are paying, month after month, to mop a floor while the tap is still running.

So we go after the source instead

removi deletes the accounts themselves. When an old account is gone, it has nothing left to hand to a broker, nothing left to leak in a breach, and nothing left for a scraper to take. You are not removing one copy of your data. You are removing the thing that keeps making copies.

It is the difference between hiding your digital footprint and actually removing it.

What we want

We want an internet where you exist only in the places you actually chose. Signing up takes thirty seconds; getting out was designed to be hard. removi exists to make leaving as easy as joining was.

Your data should be yours. We are here to help you take it back.

Start with the accounts you forgot.
